01Do I need LiDAR?+
No. LiDAR scanning needs a supported iPhone Pro device, but manual measurements can be entered without LiDAR.
02What is Quick Scan?+
It lets you capture and save a room without selecting a project first. You can later attach the room alone or with its planning data.
03Can I verify measurements with a laser?+
Yes. Laser Verify supports checking a measured value against the room. Review and correct measurements before using them commercially.
04How are materials calculated?+
Choose the work and settings. SYRQON uses supported measurements to calculate base quantity, explicit waste and required quantity; uncertain measurements do not become confirmed totals.
05Does it calculate full packages?+
Where a product variant includes pack size or sales unit, purchase requirements can be expressed in whole units. Check the selected variant and waste allowance.
06Are all prices live?+
No. A Live price comes from a supported current source; Cached uses saved source data; Reference is a fallback. Availability differs by product, retailer and market.
07Can I compare stores and save prices?+
Supported offers can be compared by retailer. Commercial selections and price snapshots remain with the saved work; manually verified Price Book values can be reused where configured.
08Does SYRQON calculate labour and VAT?+
Yes. Project estimates can include editable labour and market-appropriate VAT settings. Confirm the rates before sending an offer.
09Can I save an estimate?+
Project work and estimate state persist, so you can reopen and review them. A price snapshot records the selected commercial evidence at the time of planning.
10Can electrical items be included?+
Supported sockets, switches and lights can contribute to planning and estimates. SYRQON is not a substitute for a compliant electrical design.
11Can I generate a branded PDF?+
Yes. The offer flow can include contractor and customer details, a company logo where configured, materials, labour, VAT and totals.
12Which iPhones support LiDAR?+
LiDAR room scanning requires an iPhone model with a LiDAR Scanner. Manual entry remains available on compatible devices without LiDAR.
